FAQ, Shipping, and Return Policies

What is your shipping policy?

Our processing time for ready-to ship orders is usually 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak periods such as holidays, processing time may take longer. If, for any reason, processing time might take longer than expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We offer shipping rates based on the weight of the order. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your package has been confirmed delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If the package is returned due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

What is your refund policy?

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer store credit or exchanges if the item is returned within 14 days of the shipment's arrival.

To be eligible for store credit the item must be in its original condition. If the item has been damaged, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to deny the return.

To initiate a return, please email us at boredbutbusyjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement.
